The future of ADR in 2024
Following the issue of the recent King’s report into Adjudication, the Court of Appeal decision in Churchill about court-appointed mediation, and the launch by FIDIC of their dispute avoidance practice note, Partners Claire King and Jeremy Glover are joined by Edwin Glasgow KC of 39 Essex Chambers, who was involved in the Churchill case, to discuss the future of ADR in 2024.
