Partner Nicholas Gould spoke at the Construction Law: Contracts and Dispute Management Conference, 24 June 2014, in London. The conference provided legal advice and practical guidance to help minimize and manage disputes. We were pleased to join the Hon. Mr Justice Ramsey and 34 other industry speakers in sharing our insight. Nicholas advised on “Successful Contract Drafting and Management Techniques”.
