Natalie has acted on several disputes arising out of a number of major international infrastructure projects in the Middle East including in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and the Sultanate of Oman.

  • acting for an employer against its contractor in an ICC arbitration related to the construction of a hospitality development in the UAE;
  • acting for an employer against its contractor in an ICC arbitration in relation to the construction of a mixed-use real estate development in the Sultanate of Oman;
  • acting for an employer against its contractor in arbitration proceedings related to the construction of a high level project in the Sultanate of Oman;
  • acting for an employer against its construction and project manager in an ICC arbitration related to the construction of a mixed-use real estate development in Azerbaijan;
  • acting for an employer against two of its contractors in two separate ICC arbitrations related to the construction and development of a mixed-use real estate development in Kazakhstan; 
  • acting for a contractor against its lead designer in an ICC arbitration related to the Doha Metro Project;
  • acting for a contractor against an employer in an ICC arbitration related to the development of an international airport in the Middle East; and
  • acting for an employer against a contractor in an ICC arbitration related to the construction of a power plant in the Middle East.
