Sana specialises in the resolution of complex, high value disputes arising out of the design and construction of large-scale infrastructure projects. Her practice is focused on international arbitration and litigation.
Sana has acted for clients in arbitrations conducted under the ICC, LCIA and DIAC rules. She has experience of the major standard forms including FIDIC, JCT and NEC and has advised on bespoke contracts used in domestic and international projects.
