| Fenwick Elliott's new-look Annual Review provides a round-up of the latest key developments in the construction, engineering and energy arena. Through our articles and the features, we highlight the most recent legal decisions and regulatory changes to enable you to avoid costly delays and disputes. Annual Review 2007
Our 11th Review, includes articles on three of the major project forms, JCT, NEC3 and FIDIC. There are features on the latest challenges to adjudication as well as the potential reforms to the Housing Grants legislation. We also outline the reforms to the CDM Regulations and comment on the corporate manslaughter and corporate homicide bill which has finally received parliamentary approval.
The Review also outlines the latest developments in dispute resolution. These include details of the TCC Mediation Survey, changes to the TCC Protocol as well as information about the new project mediation scheme which we have developed in conjunction with CEDR.

Summer 2006
Our 10th Summer Review continues to reflect the needs and demands of our clients both at home and internationally. Thus the Review discusses both the impact of the latest adjudication decisions from the Courts and also the establishment of dispute boards, focusing on the selection, nomination and appointment of the board members. We also compare and contrast the various dispute resolution procedures open to those seeking to resolve their differences outside of the Courts.
The Review also considers a number of practical tips to deal with the problems caused by letters of intent and novation and provides a timely warning on the duties of construction professionals for those who work on an in-house basis.
In addition, the Review contains its regular round up of the key construction cases from the past 12 months taken from the Dispatch and Construction Industry Law Letter.

Summer 2005
This year’s edition focuses on the potential changes to the adjudication and payment legislation in light of the Latham Review. It also previews the changes on the way at the TCC and highlights the impact of the new head of the TCC, Mr Justice Jackson.
