Neil has worked as practice manager at Fenwick Elliott since 1989. Prior to that, he worked as accounts manager at Winward Fearon. Neil is responsible for the day to day smooth running of the firm.

Neil's leading role is that of financial management. He is responsible for financial control of budgets, expenditure and cashflow. In addition, he is also heavily involved in other areas, such as risk management, quality control, client care, human resources, marketing, advertising, facilities management, purchasing, and IT.

Neil's business management role covers compliance with money laundering regulations and Law Society regulatory obligations.
