Litigation executive

General experience

Eddie has worked within construction law for almost 20 years, during which time he has acted in contentious matters for a wide variety of construction clients including employers (both private and institutional), contractors, subcontractors and consultants.

Eddie's current role is very diverse, having dealt with everything from the issue of Small Claims to the enforcement of Judgments and the recovery of legal costs.

His particular areas of expertise include adjudication, fast track disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency, debt recovery, enforcement, private investigations and he is the firm's Legal Costs Consultant.

Career

Eddie started out in law working for Beale & Company where he remained for 11 years, during which time he studied as a Legal Executive whilst developing his litigation experience.

Eddie joined Fenwick Elliott as Litigation Executive in May 1999.
